Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we believe that you will be. However, occasionally you may need to return an item. Please contact us by email or telephone before returning any goods. Baby Memories adhere to the distance selling regulations (UK) 2000. This means that you may return any off-the-shelf item to us for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 7 days of delivery providing the item is new, unused & in its undamaged original packaging suitable for resale. Please note that personalised or custom-made items are excluded from this and may only be returned if faulty or not as specified. We are not liable for the cost of the return postage.
Faulty products may be returned for a full refund within 7 days or for a replacement product up to 30 days after delivery. Please note you will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (requiring a signature upon delivery).

However, while the colour reproduction of our products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour whatsoever caused by your browser software or computer system that you use to view our products.
